A deposit may be required to book an appointment and is non-refundable unless canceled within 4 hours of scheduling.
Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Deposits are transferable one time within 30 days.
- No-call/no-show appointments result in deposit forfeiture.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment result in deposit forfeiture.
- Late arrivals (15+ minutes) may result in cancellation or rescheduling.
- Same-day cancellations incur a $25 fee, with stricter policies on Saturdays.

Payments must be made in full before services are rendered. All sales are final, and refunds are not provided except
under outlined conditions.
No refunds will be issued for any services, packages, or memberships.
- Packages canceled before completion are forfeited.
- Missed appointments within packages incur a $25 same-day cancellation fee.
- After three cancellations/reschedules, the package is canceled.
- If Élevé Med Spa & Aesthetics cancels/modifies an appointment, refunds or deposit transfers are allowed.
- Clients with flu-like symptoms or active skin conditions must reschedule.
- Certain treatments require a health screening for eligibility.
- Services are not performed on individuals under 18 unless accompanied by a parent/guardian.
Élevé Med Spa reserves the right to refuse service for:
- Inappropriate behavior, misconduct, or aggression.
- Clients under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Violations of the business's code of ethics.
- Clients who engage in defamatory conduct against staff or business.
Liability Waiver
By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge:
- Treatments are voluntary, and results may vary.
- The business is not responsible for adverse reactions due to undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow care
instructions.
- Consultation with a physician is recommended if there are concerns about any procedure.
- Client information is strictly confidential and not shared without consent.
- Photos/videos may be used for marketing only with written consent.
- Booking system usage constitutes agreement with the privacy policy.
